Cancellation: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Billing: The bill has to be compulsorily required at time of booking and / or at time of payment, in the absence of an explicit request will be issued a receipt.
Children and extra beds
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
